These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vipoh ("vipoh", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vipoh website located at https://vipoh.net and all associated services, games, and features. By registering an account or using any part of the vipoh platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.
1.1 To register and maintain an account on vipoh, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
1.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on vipoh. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
1.3 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. vipoh reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend or close your account if verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.
1.4 vipoh reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vipoh account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.
2.2 You agree to notify vipoh immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. vipoh will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
2.3 All activity conducted through your vipoh account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified vipoh of a security breach in accordance with clause 2.2.
2.4 vipoh strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You acknowledge that failure to enable available security features increases the risk of unauthorized access.
3.1 vipoh accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the vipoh cashier at the time of the transaction.
3.2 All funds deposited into your vipoh account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. vipoh does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
3.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. vipoh reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal.
3.4 vipoh processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks. vipoh is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
3.5 vipoh does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which vipoh bears no responsibility.
3.6 All transactions on vipoh are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at the rate determined by the relevant payment processor.
4.1 vipoh may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
4.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be set out in the applicable promotion terms.
4.3 vipoh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account will be honoured subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
4.4 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or the use of low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements — is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
5.1 All games available on vipoh use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined independently of vipoh's systems and cannot be influenced by vipoh or any player.
5.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on vipoh's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.
5.3 vipoh reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or any other event that compromises the integrity of the game outcome.
5.4 Players are expected to conduct themselves with integrity at all times. Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools, or engage in collusion with other players is strictly prohibited.
6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipoh platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the vipoh platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any vipoh content without prior written consent.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vipoh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
8.2 vipoh's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipoh account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.3 vipoh does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
9.1 vipoh collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the vipoh platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 vipoh implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and vipoh cannot guarantee absolute data security.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vipoh platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.
12.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent vipoh from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
